Bruce is the former SVP, Chief Information Officer at Sobeys, a position he held for 5 years where he led the technological and digital transformation for Canada’s second largest grocer. Prior to that , for7 years,  Bruce led a similar digital and technological transformation at Canada’s largest grocer, Loblaw, launching new eCommerce capabilities, a loyalty program and resetting the core technology foundation. 

Prior to his role in technology at Empire and Loblaw Bruce held a number of leadership roles with Hudson's Bay Company, Dylex Limited and Scott's Food Services.

Bruce holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is an active Executive Advisor to several Canadian and Global brands including Dayforce, BOOMI, Accenture and Simbe Robotics.

Bruce is now focused on helping Business and Technology Leaders bridge the divide, discover common ground, lead complex transformations and achieve impactful and lasting career success.
