Paul is focused on developing the Next Generation of IT Professionals.  

Paul’s expertise has been builtover the past 45 years, both as a 6-time CIO in leading Canadian manufacturing& retail organizations (Magna International, Hudson’s Bay Corporation (HBS). et al); and as an ITStrategy/Transformation Management Consulting Executive at 3 world-class firms,EY, PwC and IBM. Paul has been recognized as a pragmatic, insightful leader andcritical thinker offering a unique blend of experience with a long track recordof driving innovative, business-focused , technology-based transformationalchange in multiple organizations. He was named as a “Top 10” CIO in 2022.

Since semi-retiring in 2023,  his energy and passion has been focused on the next generation Leadership Development & Mentoring Programs for two key IT ecosystem stakeholder groups: IT Professionals aspiring to the CIO level and Sales & Consulting Professionals looking to serve CIOs more effectively. Over 250 participants have now gone through his programs (with more on the way). If their feedback is any indication, Paul’s Programs are making an impact.
